Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) must be provided

To start a return, email us at infostressfreegadgets@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

If rejected:

  • We’ll contact you with a reason and further options if available

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infostressfreegadgets@gmail.com. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, personalization, or clearance status. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
